Portsmouth are chasing Chelsea winger Shaun Wright-Phillips.
The Daily Mail says Chelsea will want around £10 million for 26-year-old Wright-Phillips. He rarely featured under Avram Grant towards the end of last season but he cost the club £21m from Manchester City, nearly three years ago.
