Portsmouth academy chief Paul Hart says they'll focus on local talent, despite spending big on former PSG striker Gael N'Lundulu this summer.

He told the Portsmouth News: "We have also signed four or five local lads on local forms.

"We are not exclusively going to buy here, there and everywhere.

"The dream still is to produce one who is aged eight and goes through the system. It's been done - but it's a tall order."
