Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino says dinner should be on Harry Kane to thank his teammates for their part in his wonderful 30-goal season.
Kane continued his fantastic campaign by finding the net once again in Tottenham's 3-1 victory over Newcastle United on Sunday, notching up his 30th goal in all competitions this term.
With the goal, Kane became the first Spurs player since the great Gary Lineker back in 1992 to reach the 30-goal milestone and following the wonderful achievement, manager Pochettino feels the 21-year old should show appreciation towards his teammates for their contribution in his landmark campaign by taking them all out for dinner.
Pochettino said: "It's fantastic, congratulations to him because he deserves this moment, it's historic, the first time since Gary Lineker in 1992.
"I think he needs to pay for a dinner this week for his teammates. The team work a lot and try and help the striker score."
