Tottenham Hotspur winger Nacer Chadli has hailed manager Mauricio Pochettino for getting the best out of his abilities.

Chadli endured a difficult debut season at Tottenham last year but the Belgian star has managed to impress the White Hart Lane faithful this season with his fine performances.

Now considered an integral part of the Spurs side, the 25-year old has credited manager Pochettino for turning things around for him during the current campaign.

Speaking to FourFourTwo, Chadli said: "I'm enjoying working with him. I think he's a manager who can get the best out of me. The way we play now is more intense - I have to do more both defensively and going forward, but this is part of the game for a winger.

"Pochettino is a good person and a winner. He understands the players and he wants to help us all to be the best player we can be."
