Swansea City boss Garry Monk has revealed that Nathan Dyer has been left out recently because the club has a number of quality wide men.
The 27-year old winger has not been selected for the Swans' past three matchday squads and Monk has hinted that there is plenty of competition in his position right now.
The boss of the Welsh club suggested that the likes of Jefferson Montero, Wayne Routledge and youngster Mo Barrow are all ahead of Dyer at present.
"We have four good wide players in Jeff, Wayne and Nathan and Mo Barrow coming through, they are all different types who can contribute different things and selection depends on who we are playing and how the players have trained," said Monk.
