Robert Pires has told Guti there will be only one winner in his row with Real Madrid coach Manuel Pellegrini. Former Arsenal star Pires was signed by Pellegrini at Villarreal and has great respect for his old coach.

"People here remember that he had to make tough decisions. The Riquelme row, for example, in the end Pellegrini won and Riquelme left for Argentina. Now we're seeing this with Guti and Raul, but in the end the one who rules is the coach.

"You cannot forget what happened in the locker room at Alcorcón. What he (Guti) said cannot be said, it is a lack of respect.

"(But) Pellegrini knew that if he went to Real Madrid that he would find this situation, and it would not be easy for him. Normally, Pellegrini would not forgive Guti, but I think that will change a little, and it has to if he wants to win."
