Maurice Edu is set to sign a permanent contract with MLS club Philadelphia Union according to reports.
The 28-year old American midfielder will pen a multi-year deal with the Union after they agreed a fee with Premier League club Stoke City.
Philly.com has reported that the deal has been settled and that an official announcement from the Union will be made on Friday.
Former Toronto FC and Rangers man Edu spent the 2014 MLS season on loan with the Union, making 31 regular season starts, scoring three goals and providing two assists.
