Philadelphia Union coach Peter Nowak is convinced of big things from new signing Lionard Pajoy.
The Colombia international has arrived to replace Sebastien Le Toux, now of the Vancouver Whitecaps.
The 6-1 striker scored 13 goals with Itagui Ditaires, of the Colombian First Division. He's scored 47 goals in 215 matches for his career.
Nowak told delcotimes.com: "I always express we need to have options, we need to have competition. He's another striker to compete for time. We can mix things up. We're looking at stuff. With the commitments with national teams, it'll be (more) production for us."
