The PFA Premier League Team of the Year for the 2014/15 season was named on Sunday.
Six players from Chelsea were selected in the final XI alongside one player from Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham, Southampton and Liverpool.
PFA Player of the Year Eden Hazard was named on a left wing in a four-man midfield while teammates Gary Cahill, John Terry and Branislav Ivanovic made up three of the four defenders, Nemanja Matic was included as a defensive midfielder and Diego Costa was selected as a striker.
Also in the PFA eleven were Manchester United's David De Gea, Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez, Tottenham's Harry Kane, Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho and Southampton's Ryan Bertrand.
