Perth Glory's marquee signing Mile Sterjovski has hinted at undergoing a European loan deal at the end of the A-League season.
The former Derby County man says it may be imperative to keeping sharp ahead of next year's World Cup in South Africa.
"If you want to be part of the World Cup squad you've got to think about those things and you have to go out and play until the World Cup and play regular football," Sterjovski said.
"I think that's very important, even for players who might not think they are in the running to be in the World Cup squad, I think they should even look at going out on loan until then."
