Perth Glory's playing list for the 2010/11 season is almost complete after completing the signings of Michael Baird and Josh Mitchell.

The pair join from Romanian club Universitatea Craiova after spending four and five seasons respectively and will be welcome additions to the Glory squad.

Baird is a 26-year old centre forward whilst Mitchell is a 25-year old versatile defender and the pair have now taken the Glory's squad numbers to 22, which was highlighted by deputy chairman Lui Giulani.

"We now have 12 local players in our squad and we have also added to the quality of our list with Josh Mitchell and Michael Baird," he said.

"To have 22 players already signed is pleasing and shows that players want to play for Perth Glory."

As well as the Baird and Mitchell signings, the Glory re-signed defender Jamie Coyne, winger Todd Howarth and youngster Tommy Amphlett whilst Adriano Pellegrino is still on trial with Scottish club Motherwell.
