Melbourne Victory have reportedly signed goalkeeper Tando Velaphi from Perth Glory.
Sources suggest the promising 23-year old will leave the Glory at the end of the season to link up with the Victory and provide competition for current number one Michael Petkovic.
With Wellington Phoenix's Danny Vukovic heading to Perth, Velaphi sees it as a good chance to start afresh after five seasons with the Glory.
Velaphi has emerged as one of the most talented young glovemen in the league and has plenty of A-League experience, already notching over 70 appearances.
The Victory have relied on Petkovic too much this season with reports that 19-year old understudy Sebastian Mattei is not quite ready for the top flight and the inclusion of Velaphi will certainly strengthen their goalkeeping ranks.
