Brian Perk has signed a new contract with LA Galaxy after pulling out of the Re-Entry Draft.
The option on the 23-year old goalkeeper was declined by the Galaxy following their 2012 MLS Cup triumph but Perk yanked his name from the re-entry process and the LA club are close to signing him on a pay cut.
"I'm literally waiting on them to send me over a contract," his agent Mike Gartlan told MLSsoccer.com.
"All terms have been agreed upon. They wanted to keep him, he wanted to stay. It was just about getting the numbers right."
