Giorgio Perinetti has confirmed he's left Palermo.

Perinetti was brought in from Siena over the summer along with Coach Giuseppe Sannino to build a new era in Sicily.

"There will be another meeting to define the details of the contract rescission. I will soon formalise my departure," Perinetti told the Corriere dello Sport.

"Not everything can go well in life."
