Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini insists he's not bothered about new contract talks.
Pellegrini has insisted that he does not "need a new contract" to end the uncertainty over his future.
"I don't need a new contract. I have no problem about that, absolutely," Pellegrini said. "No, it won't affect the players. I don't think so. I don't think that the players will think in that way because the players always try to win every game and it doesn't matter what is going to happen to the manager in the future.
"I don't think that whether I will continue or won't continue is important. The commitment that you have as a player is for the project."
