Sergio Aguero still has plenty of improving to do according to Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini.
The Argentine striker scored a hat-trick as City hammered QPR 6-0 on Sunday take his season tally to 25 goals which has him on the verge of winning his first Golden Boot award in England.
Despite his brilliant form of late, Pellegrini feels Aguero can continue to develop and grow as a player as he remains a vital figure at the Etihad Stadium.
"I think he will continue improving in the future. He is just 26. He must be a very important player in the future of this club," he said.
"He is already but I think he must continue improving in the way he plays."
