Parma have confirmed they intend to discuss a deal for Alberto Paloschi with AC Milan.

The Under-21 international joined the Ducali in the summer of 2008 on a co-ownership basis after scoring two goals in seven Serie A games for the Rossoneri in 2007-08.

"He is an important attacker," said Tardini chief Tommaso Ghirardi. "I always talk to Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani in the summer and will do again from today.
