Scott Parker has no doubts that Gianfranco Zola will be a success at West ham United.
Parker, 28, said: "There's no danger of the manager failing whatsoever. The training, the techniques and the different exercises we're doing have impressed me and it's clear he's going to improve players.
"He stays out after training helping players with their finishing. He always has time to talk and tell them how to improve. He has helped everyone, including me."
Parker also believes Zola's relative lack of managerial experience is no handicap. He added: "It didn't surprise me when he was appointed.
"The fact he didn't have much experience never crossed my mind. As long as you've got good ideas, you've a chance of being a good boss."
