Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew is demanding better from his players for their clash at Chelsea.

Palace were defeated by Hull City last week.

Pardew said: "Last weekend against Hull was below the group's standard. I didn't even need to tell them, they told me. We didn't reach the levels last week. I hope we handle the ball well and keep possession.

"When you haven't got a prize at the end of the season, it's about personal goals & trying to manufacture a level to measure performance."
