Sasa Papac has signed a new contract with Rangers which keeps him at Ibrox until 2011. The Bosnian defender told the club's official website: "I am so happy to sign a new deal with Rangers.
"To spend five years with a club like Rangers is something special and I aim to give all I can in the next three years.
"My dream now is to win the championship."
The defender was signed by former boss Paul Le Guen from Austria Vienna in the summer of 2006.
And having won the Co-operative Insurance Cup and the Scottish Cup last season and played his part in the amazing run to the UEFA Cup Final, Papac wants more success.
He said: "We had success last season with the two cups and then we got to the UEFA Cup final which was fantastic.
"However, the main target is the SPL title and I would love to win that this season.
"I believe we have the players to achieve this dream but we know we will have a battle on our hands."
