Sunderland goalkeeper Costel Pantilimon has urged calm after dropping into the bottom three.
The Black Cats drew at Stoke City on Saturday but, with Leicester City and Hull City both winning, the Wearsiders dropped into the bottom three for only the second time this season.
Pantilimon told the Evening Chronicle: "It is tough falling into the relegation zone, it is not easy.
"This is the moment when you have to come good.
"I hope when the season is finished to still be in the Premier League.
"We have to only think about us, not to see what the rest do.
"If we get the points we need then we will be OK. It is simple."
