Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has told Inter Milan his terms for the sale of striker Edinson Cavani.
The Uruguayan hitman is at the World Cup and hot property on the transfer market with bids reportedly coming in from the likes of Manchester City.
"Cavani's price-tag is 23m, which is the value of the buy-out clause in his contract. If Inter want him, then they'd best come forward," said Zamparini.
"However, they could also lower the price by handing us a few good players, such as Rene Krhin."
