Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has ruled out a return for PSG midfielder Javier Pastore.

Pastore has struggled since his big money move to PSG.

"I can say with certainty that he won't return to Palermo," Zamparini said. "It would be great if he did come back, but it is impossible.

"He is currently finding some difficulties in Paris because there is Zlatan Ibrahimovic who puts everyone else in the shadows.

"Anyhow, we are only looking for new wide players for boss Gian Piero Gasperini during the January window."
