Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini regrets the dismissal of Serse Cosmi.

The Rosanero face Cosmi's Lecce today.

"I have said many times that I made a mistake in firing Rossi, who was tied to the team by a very strong bond," Zamparini told Il Corriere del Mezzogiorno.

"Cosmi's adventure with Palermo did not start under the brightest of stars and everyone knows how it ended."
