Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini says coach Rino Gattuso is safe.
The AC Milan legend is already under pressure after picking up just one point from a possible six in Serie B.
"The Padova game will not be decisive for Gattuso," Zamparini told Stadio News. "But it is a match we can't get wrong.
"This is what Serie B is, it's a Division where you need time to find the right blend and set-up."
