Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini is encouraging Napoli to make an offer for Javier Pastore.
The Partenopei have shown interest in Pastore before, but Marek Hamsik's links with Milan suggest that could intensify.
"I am waiting for a big offer from Pastore, just like Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis is waiting for an 'indecent proposal' for Hamsik," said Zamparini on Radio Kiss Kiss.
"Javier is expensive and has different characteristics to Hamsik, but if De Laurentiis wants him, then I'm here. I think Hamsik wants to leave because he's after a wage increase.
"I don't think Milan will pay out for Hamsik, as they don't have much money. Besides, Naples is 10,000 times better than Milan, both in terms of the cities and the clubs."
