Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini admits he has differences with coach Delio Rossi.

Rosanero fans are petitioning Zamparini not to sack Rossi.

"The journalists have been asking me the same thing since January," snapped Zamparini on Antenna Sicilia Catania.

"In June his contract will expire and we'll evaluate the situation. There are some discrepancies, there is no point denying it.

"The club has its policy, which is to focus on youth, and Rossi cannot go against the policy of the club.

"Every two or three years we need to sell and to renew, especially as with the new financial fair play regulations each side must increase revenue compared to costs.

"We must therefore guarantee €10m more per season, otherwise we cannot enter Serie A without money out of my pocket."
