Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has invited Manchester City and Tottenham to bid for striker Edinson Cavani.
The Uruguay international is being tracked by a number of teams including Inter, but it seems the Premier League duo are at the forefront of developments.
"I can see Cavani as doing really well in England. His physical characteristics suit the Premier League," Zamparini told Rete Rete 24.
"Both Manchester City and Tottenham are on him."
Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has been a guest of Zamparini at Palermo games this year.
