Palermo coach Delio Rossi shed some tears after they lost the Coppa Italia final to Inter Milan.
Palermo paid the price for poor finishing, as they had the better of the game, but Samuel Eto'o's brace gave Inter a 3-1 Coppa Italia Final victory.
"Why did I cry? I wanted to give the Palermo fans something more, maybe something bigger than us," Rossi told RAI.
"A great performance was not enough, as the more experienced team won."
Rossi's contract expires in June and, considering he was already fired and re-hired this season, the tactician is expected to move on.
"I have to talk to the club and then we will evaluate together what is best for me, for the President and Palermo.
"On Tuesday, or some time next week, I will meet President Maurizio Zamparini to talk about my future."
