The Football Association are investigating a second missile throwing incident at Crystal Palace, less than a week after a coin hit Newcastle defender Fabricio Coloccini at Selhurst Park. Referee Rob Madley mentioned in his match report that an object was thrown from the crowd at Selhurst Park during Saturday's 2-1 FA Cup defeat to Liverpool.
Sky Sports News HQ understands the FA is extremely concerned by the events at Selhurst Park over the last week and wants the club and relevant authorities to work together to identify and punish those responsible.
