Crystal Palace are willing to take another player from Blackburn Rovers to get the Scott Dann deal over the line.
The Mirror says Palace have made a new bid for Blackburn skipper Dann - and will take Rovers' misfit striker Leon Best too to 'sweeten' the deal.
Manager Tony Pulis wants to buy centre-half Dann for £3million and is trying to persuade the Championship club to part with him before the weekend.
Palace are willing to take out-of-favour Best on loan for the rest of the season - and pay his massive wages - to help Blackburn out of a hole. Best has not played for them since falling out with boss Gary Bowyer and blasting some fans on social media, and Rovers are desperate to shift the Republic of Ireland international.
