Crystal Palace boss Ian Holloway is moving for released West Ham United striker Carlton Cole.
The Sunday Express says Cole has had preliminary talks at Selhurst Park.
Boss Ian Holloway wants more firepower following an injury to last season's top scorer, Glenn Murray, that will see him out until Christmas at the earliest.
