Crystal Palace pair Scott Dann and Joel Ward are on England's radar.

Brede Hangeland says he can't see why Dann shouldn't get a chance for the Three Lions, but insists he needs to stay injury-free and in form.

"For me, he's a top-class player," said the Norwegian to the Croydon Advertiser.

"He can do the dirty business as a defender but he's also a footballer.

"Why not? I have said to Joel Ward he should be close but Scott is at a good age."
