Palace identify Ligue 1 target as Hodgson successor

Crystal Palace see Paulo Fonseca as a successor for veteran manager Roy Hodgson.

Hodgson is currently in charge at Palace to the end of the season after returning to the club last term to replace sacked predecessor Patrick Vieira.

Fonseca, 50, is keen to come to the Prem, says The Sun.

The Portuguese is currently working in France as Lille coach.

Ipswich chief Kieran McKenna is also on the shortlist at Selhurst Park.
