Crystal Palace are eyeing Sunderland midfielder David Vaughan.
The Wales international played for Palace boss Ian Holloway at Blackpool.
He would be able to leave Wearside for nothing next summer and Sunderland would rather sell him now than let his contract run down, says the Evening Chronicle.
