Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis has hit out at Manchester United over their treatment of David Moyes.
Moyes was axed after 10 months at the helm with United languishing down in seventh in the Premier League table.
Pulis said: "Personally I'm disappointed, really disappointed for David.
"David deserved longer. The way it was handled was disappointing because Manchester United, for the past 26 years that Sir Alex has been there, were the beacon of how you should run a football club in respect to stability.
"A lot of that has been washed away in the past couple of days with the way they've handled this."
