Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis has hailed the form of Jason Puncheon.
Pulis believes there is much more to come from a player who is Palace's joint leading scorer in the league.
The Palace manager said: "Punch could be anything he wanted to be.
"Jason has got the tools to be a top player. But he has been very inconstant over his career and good players are not that inconsistent.
"It's concentration as much as anything out. For him to be a really good player he has to do this week after week after week. We have spoken to him about that."
