Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew has angrily dismissed Neil Warnock's suggestion that the Eagles should pursue Championship QPR striker Charlie Austin.
Warnock, who briefly served as interim QPR caretaker manager earlier this season, suggested to Talksport earlier this week that Austin would be the perfect solution to Palace's scoring problems.
"Neil Warnock was the manager here and he didn't do very well so I am not really interested in his opinion," Pardew said. "Charlie Austin is of no interest to us."
