Former Manchester United striker Michael Owen has penned a bumper deal with Stoke City.
The Sun says Owen joined Stoke on a one-year-deal yesterday - which could be worth around £2.5million to the former England star.
The injury-hit striker, 32, also has the option of another year at the Britannia if he proves his fitness and plays enough games this season.
It's not the pay-as-you-play deal widely thought Stoke would insist on for the former Liverpool, Real Madrid and Manchester United star.
Instead, the Potters will pay Owen a basic wage of around £25,000 a week with the chance to double his money if he plays - and scores - regularly.
