Sunderland defender John O'Shea knows they face a test against in-form Norwich City.
It is 10 league games unbeaten for the Canaries and their celebrity chef supremo Delia Smith - famed for her eccentric 'Let's be 'aving you' on-pitch rallying call to City fans seven years ago.
Black Cats defender O'Shea, 31, said: "There's plenty of room for improvement.
"We are not trying to hide the fact it's been disappointing and we know that we could be doing better.
"You've seen from teams like Norwich you can soon climb the table.
"We're more than capable of doing that.
"There are some tough games ahead so we need to make sure we stick together."
