Isaiah Osbourne is happy to wait for his chance at Aston Villa.

The midfielder told the Sunday Mercury: "I feel I am a better player now because when I first got into the team I wasn't confident, I wouldn't want the ball. But I've had talks with the manager and he has told me to be confident, to get the ball and run with it, be positive.

"So I'd say that he's done something in my life, he's changed how I play."
