Linked in the summer with a loan move to the La Liga outfit, the 20-year-old's dissatisfaction with life on the Celtic bench has prompted renewed interest.
Sno's agent Chiel Dekker told the Daily Mail: "The Spanish team have come back to us to see if Evander is available and we have told them to go to Celtic with an offer.
"I would prefer, and so would Evander, if it was a loan deal, but it is up to Osasuna whether they ask to sign him until the summer or permanently.
"It is their prerogative to make an official approach to Celtic this week, then we have to wait and see what Celtic say. Right now, we are just sitting and waiting."
