Manchester United goalkeeper Sergio Romero is eager to stay beyond the end of this season.
He still has two-and-a-half-years left on his £65,000-a-week Old Trafford deal, wages he would struggle to get elsewhere.
And the 31-year-old wants to remain at United, and continue to get the long-term understudy to No 1 David De Gea, says The Sun.
Romero has attracted interest from clubs across Europe including Spain and Italy along with Boca Juniors in South America.
It is understood his camp have been offered starting status by sides in La Liga, which have temped him into a move.
