O'Brien has no Bolton regrets

Despite their poor season start, Andy O'Brien has no regrets about his move to Bolton Wanderers.

The former Portsmouth defender said: "From a personal point of view I appreciate the opportunity I have been given. It's great to come to such a big club after not playing as much football as I would have liked.

"Results haven't gone as well as we would have liked. Some of the goals we've conceded have been unlucky; some haven't been so good. But we are a threat going forward as Anelka has proved in the first few games of the season.

"So, hopefully we can get it right in Macedonia and take that confidence into the Premier League."
