Martin O'Neill is desperate to bring in some new strikers at Sunderland this summer.
With leading scorer Nicklas Bendtner set to return to parent club Arsenal at the end of the season, the Black Cats will be relying on the likes of Stephane Sessegnon and Seb Larsson for their goals, prompting O'Neill to look into the transfer market.
"That situation has not been resolved, nor have we had any time to do that.
"But when you have one of your main strikers as a loan player, then of course it becomes important for you to look at centre-forwards.""Of course it's a position that you would be looking at, considering that one of our main strikers actually is on loan," O'Neill said.
