New York Red Bull are on the verge of sending Victor Palsson on loan to a club in Holland.
The 21-year old Icelandic midfielder joined the Red Bulls in February this year leaving Scottish club Hibernian but has managed just 16 MLS appearances, four if which have been starts.
It is believed that New York want Palsson, a former Liverpool youth, to continue his development with an unnamed Dutch club for the remainder of the MLS season as he not featured for the Red Bull Arena outfit since July 18.
