FC Nurembeg defender Timmy Chandler says he is fully committed to the USA national team cause after some previous uncertainty.
The 22-year old German-born wingback is set to start for Juergen Klinsmann's US side in Wednesday's 2014 World Cup qualifier against Honduras in San Pedro Sula and he is hoping to kick off the final round of qualifying with a positive result.
"For me. It's going to be a great experience," said Chandler, who has nine US caps. "Everyone is saying how a big a game it is. It's like a derby in Germany.
"Everybody has welcomed me with open arms and I am here to do my best for the national team.
"My dream is to represent the United States in a World Cup. This is a great team and I think we can do something special."
