Novara goalkeeper Samir Ujkani has lost teeth in a collision during defeat to Bologna.

Ujkani has lost four teeth and fractured his nose in a horrible accidental collision.

The shot-stopper clattered into teammate Michel Morganella during today's 2-0 defeat to Bologna.

Replays clearly showed a tooth flying through the air and he was stretchered off in agony.

Novara later confirmed Ujkani has been taken to hospital and x-rays show he fractured his nose and lost four teeth.
