Nottingham Forest winger Anthony Elanga has revealed he broke a finger recently.
Elanga, who has been in very good form this season, sustained the injury against Brighton.
The Swedish winger has netted five goals and provided seven assists in 31 games in all competitions.
“I know it's a strange thing to say, but I didn't feel anything. I have broken my ring finger," he told Fotbollskanalen.
"I did it against Brighton. After the game, I saw that it was a bit big.
“I asked our doctor and he said 'I think you've broken it'. I was shocked, but it didn't hurt so I thought it was nothing."
