Championship club Nottingham Forest are keeping tabs on Genk striker Nikos Karelis, according to the Daily Mail.
New Forest manager Philippe Montanier has reportedly identified Karelis as a potential replacement for Britt Assombalonga, who is a target of Norwich City.
Forest have already turned down a £7million offer from the Canaries for their 23-year-old striker.
Meanwhile, Karelis, who joined Genk from Panathinaikos last January, is expected to cost around £6million.
The Greek striker scored 10 goals in 18 appearances for the Belgians in the second half of last season.
